This is a race for YOUR community. This is not a shared race but you can invite anyone to join if you like!

What is a virtual Balloon Race?
What is a virtual Balloon Race?
A virtual balloon race is one that is run in a completely virtual space i.e online. The race can be viewed online at any stage. Participants can view the race leaderboard, search for their balloon or view the 'live' race in action. This is all done in an environmentally friendly way, as all the balloons are virtual.
Set your own race start and end dates. Race duration needs to be a minimum of 24 hours but Mon-Fri and Fri-Mon are popular options for schools.
Participants can customise and enter their balloon using the online ticketing website we provide for your charity or school. This is also how they pay for the balloons, adding optional donations if you are fundraising. We have lots of balloons to choose from, participants can give the balloon a fun nickname and add a short message too! During the race, these are visible on the leaderboard or when you hover over your balloon in flight!
All participants are given the race link to visit when the race goes live. They will also be sent a reminder with the link 2 hours before the race launches.

What's included:
All the customised balloons are uploaded to the balloon race software
Your race is activated and you are sent the race link.
The race will launch at midday on the date specified by you.
All race participants receive a broadcast reminder with the race link.
A report is sent to you, detailing the number of balloons entered and how much you raised both in sales and/or donations. Use this to contact the winner.

7 days after the start of your race, all funds are securely paid into your verified bank account by bank transfer. This period is a mandatory banking regulation to allow for any fraud checks and credit card chargebacks by Stripe.
