Once you have returned your booking form to us, sit back as your online event page is created for you
What's included:
An eye-catching event header image with event title, start and end dates
Event detail which includes how the event works and a holding page for your virtual event
Sponsorship details if applicable
The order confirmation is set up for your ticket buyers complete with the magic show holding page link
A PDF invoice for you to claim expenses if required
Step 3 Promote your event
Promote your event.
We provide you with:
The event link plus event embed code for your website if required
Social media sharing options to further your event awareness reach
A digital poster template - just add your organisation's name and with your event link
A marketing cheat sheet with proven promotional tips to maximise ticket sales
Using these resources, you can start promoting your event and selling tickets or fundraising.
Step 4 Get ready to enjoy your magic show alongside our professional magicians.
When ticket sales end:
A report is sent to you, detailing the tickets orders and if applicable, how much you raised in sales and/or donations
A broadcast email is sent out to all ticket buyers with the secure virtual magic show link
Buy refreshments to share throughout the show!
Step 5 Transfer of proceeds!
Transfer of proceeds if fundraising - ( does the fun ever stop? 😉 )
7 days after the end of ticket sales, all proceeds will be securely paid into your verified account by bank transfer. This period is a mandatory banking regulation to allow for any fraud checks and credit card chargebacks.
Post event activity
A message will be sent to all participants thanking them for taking part and further promoting your brand and sponsor if applicable
